Lauren has taken on extra days and hours to help us while 2 members of the speech team are out. She is so passionate about our students and strives to provide excellent services to all the students she sees. She has been very flexible on where she provides services and is always willing to help me with anything I need. She provides me with regular feedback and seeks out help when she needs it. She has gone above and beyond her job description by helping to train the new member of the speech team giving constructive feedback and giving lots of opportunities to learn while still supporting the students and their goals.
