Gustine USD

Erin has been working so very hard with the absence of 2 of the members of our speech team. She has taken on more students while ensuring that everyone's service minutes have been met. She continues to make therapy fun and engaging for all of the students even though she is overwhelmed. With the addition of a new team member that does not have much experience she has taken them under her wing providing support and feedback to help the team member learn and provide effective therapy. She remains flexible to help me in any way I need and keeps a very positive attitude even though things have been difficult. She holds the speech team together and we would be lost without her.
