Conference Registration Instructions
Conference Online Registration (Purchase Orders Accepted)
- Submit requisition form to district office with requisition number generated by site secretary.
- Wait approximately one week for requisition processing and superintendent approval.
- Receive your Purchase Order through inter-district mail and register online for your conference.
Conference Registration Mail/Fax (Purchase Orders Accepted)
- Complete your requisition form with requisition number generated by site secretary.
- Attach COMPLETED registration form to requisition
- Submit requisition with all conference related attachments (including registration form) to district office.
- Await purchase order with “faxed” or “mailed” stamp confirming registration.
Conference Registration (No Purchase Orders Accepted)
- Confirm that you have at least two months before payment deadline to assure that the company/organization receives timely payment.
- Complete requisition form with requisition number generated by site secretary.
- Attach COMPLETED registration form to requisition.
- Submit to district office.
- Payment will be mailed out by accounts payable after board approval.
